We begin with where you are. We discuss – in depth – specific areas in which you are struggling and need support. We look at the strategies you have in place, what has worked in the past, and what has not. We do a thorough health history discussing any special considerations or areas of concern- pain, injury, rehabilitation, stress management, etc. We assess your strength, flexibility, balance, endurance, posture, and body alignment. We review your food journal and explore your eating habits.

Next we look at where you want to go.  We discuss your priorities for change.  We take some time to get really clear on your goals.  We identify what is realistic in the short-term vs. the long-term.  We identify your learning style, how you are best motivated, and the tools you will need to succeed.

Finally, we take all of this, create a customized program, and implement the plan!
