Summer Workshop Series - 2019: Each workshop will begin with an active Yoga practice, followed by education with group activities and discussion. We will finish with a Restorative Meditation and Nidra practice. Workshops will be held at Prana Yoga and Healing Center, 3840 S Osprey Ave, Sarasota FL.
“Your Super Hero Anatomy” A workshop on the Koshas, The Five Bodies, in Yoga and Ayurveda. We'll explore each of the bodies, their interdependence upon one another, and strategies for optimizing the self on the physical, energetic, mental, emotional, and consciousness levels.

Super Charge Your Energy” This workshop will take us on a deep dive of the Pranamaya Kosha or Energy Body. We will explore Pranayama (Breath work), Bramacharya (Energy Management), Chakras (Energy Centers), Nadis (Breath Channels), and Bhandhas (Locks).

I am so excited to be sharing this course with you. The "Reconnect to Your Inner Badass" course is something I’ve been working on for almost 5 years. It has been a labor of love, and will very soon be published as a book and offered as an on-line course. And please know that if you can’t attend the in-person workshops, you will still receive all content covered in the workshops via the workbook and recordings.
